bridging issue

Hi all,

I have an object that I am printing at a .20 layer height on my MK3 in the PrusaSlicer.  There is a tiny amount of bridging that is done over some small holes in the model.  At the .20 layer height the bridging in awesome and prints just fine.  If I change the print settings (from .20 SPEED to .30 DRAFT) the bridging of these small holes fails when the print nozzle gets halfway across the small hole.  I am not sure why the bridging fails when switching to a different layer height.  Nothing else has been manually changed in the profile when switching between .20 and .30.  Does anyone know why this would happen or know of a tweak in the PrusaSlicer that will let me fix this problem.

Thanks

RE: bridging issue

Make sure you enable perimeter bridge detection, and that the print fan is running at 100%.   The fact is 0.3 layers require nearly twice the filament, thus take more than twice as long to cool, and will droop more on bridges.  Printing even slower can also help. You can also lower bridge flow rate.
