blobs at specific points and filament Jams

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. Today, I experienced two problems with my MK3S printer. The first can be seen in the bottom pic, the model connected with the support. You can see some extra filament spilled on it, looking like some excess blobs, do you know what I can do to prevent this?  (Extrusion multiplier is set too 1.05 because with out that there were gaps in the layers, it seemed to have solved the issue) I am using Prusa .3mm Draft standard setting with some modifications to the bed (61C) and nozzle (210C) It seems to only happen with this particular model at that particular location:

blobs at bottom print

My last question is that my 3d printer jammed for the second time, originally I was using 3D solutech filament and that jammed after about a week of use, so then i swtiched to Prusa filament, thinking it wont Jam but after a month it jammed again. It jammed as in it got stuck in the PTFE tube, i had to replace both Tubes so i brought extra tubes from the prusa store but this is a little annoying since I hear this is a common issue with this printer. Is there any way to reduce or completely stop the jams from happening?

Thanks for the your answers and for your time.

I assumed it would probably be an issue with that. I guess you should do live readjust Z every other print? Or its not necessary?

any time you change sheets (or even side of sheet as the coatings could be different on either side)or filament or nozzles

Okay, what about the filament clogging along the PTFE tube? is there a way to prevent that from happening?
