Better hotend cooling mod?

I have an Dragon HF hotend with ceramics heatbreak. My main problem is, that over 30c ambient I cannot print pla, below that if i print it faster, I can, if not I get heatcreep clog. Any way to make the hotend cooling better? I have a sunon 7k rpm 5V fan already installed, before that PLA was no go as it heated up way faster. Now trying to make a narrower mod that directs airflow to the core of the hotend, but that makes a little weak airflow.

Have you tried the experimental menu?
