best nozzle/ hotend upgrade for MK3S+ max volumetric flow performance

Hi all. I've been googling around quite a lot and can't seem to find a clear answer to this question: What's the best upgrade to bump the MK3S+ max flow up? The upgrade doesn't necessarily have to be a "drop in" replacement. But at the same time I'm not looking for anything too complicated. This would be for use with a 0.8mm nozzle, maybe smaller.

For example, from what I've gathered, a SuperVolcano hotend would be big time overkill, as the constraint would become max print speeds way before hitting the upgraded max flow. So what's a happy medium? The BondTech CHT nozzles seem nifty. So maybe something like a Volcano + CHT nozzle would be ideal?

Slice Engineering Mosquito and Mosquito Magnum are both good at high flow rates. The Magnum being able to push well past 1mm nozzles from what I understand.

I was looking at the Mosquito hotends. Most of my prints are with a .8 nozzle and would like to move up to 1.0 or 1.2 nozzles.  I sometimes need some detail for texting. It sounds like the Mosquito Magnum isn't very good for .4 and smaller tips. Too much stringing.

I HATE changing nozzles on my MK3s+. Terrible design.

I think this would be the easiest way. Meanwhile there are hardened "Vanadium" Volcano CHT Nozzles for less than 60.- €

I use a standard CHT Nozzle and am very satisfied with it.  Even cold pulls are no problem at all.

It might even be possible to screw the Volcano Nozzle into a standard V6 block and cover the exposed rest of the thread with 2 M6 nuts.

There are youtube videos saying the difference to mounting a real volcano heater block is very small...

From what I've been able to figure out, simply swapping to a CHT nozzle on the stock V6 would be really easy and yet bring marked improvements. You could at the very least print PETG at PLA speeds (due to higher max flow).

I did a Revo 6 upgrade thinking I could save print time with larger nozzles. I've got custom gcode set up so the filament retracts after each print, making nozzle swaps faster. But you still have to calibrate after each swap, and the max flow is not improved. My experience with 0.8mm nozzle hasn't been great, although this might have to do with the dimensions of the parts I designed. So overall the Revo 6 upgrade wasn't a smart move.

If I ever got more Prusas, I think the CHT nozzle would be the easiest and most obvious upgrade for a speed bump. Even sticking with a 0.4mm nozzle, being able to print at PLA speeds with PETG (and then some) would be a pretty nice advantage for such a simple upgrade.
