Bed Thermal Sensor Wire Breaking

I've had two bed thermistor wires break from regular usage.

After the second one, I printed and installed strain relief parts on all three of my printers.

I have one MKS3+ that has had this strain relief on it since the day I built it, but even with that, I am now getting disconnections of the thermistor if I wiggle the wire or when the bed moves.

I have my beds all leveled to 0.02mm so removing and reinstalling the bed to replace this thermistor is very time consuming since I have to re-level the bed again.

Is there anything else I can do to ensure that this wire has a longer life span?

Attached a photo of the strain relief I am using.

RE: Bed Thermal Sensor Wire Breaking

This is maybe not what you want to do, but if it's a break in the wire, you can try to repair the wire itself. I did this last time and it worked like a charm. Just find where the break is located and cut the wire. Strip it, add some shrink sleeve on the wire, and carefully solder the ends back together. I actually put a bit of metal wire in the sleeve so that it was stronger than before. Cover the soldered connection with the sleeve, heat it up, and it looks as good as new.

The one on my Mk3 is still running the same as the day I built it.  That's over 4 years of use, printing hundreds of prints, often daily.  I haven't fitted any special strain relief either so why yours keep breaking shouldn't be happening.
