‘Bed leveling Failed” msg

Been printing a bunch of parts without issue over the last couple of days & when I went to print another part today I got the following msg after the bed had heated to the proper temp & the nozzle started moving down to begin the bed leveling routine:

Bed leveling failed. Sensor didn’t trigger. Debris on Nozzle? Waiting

The nozzle was clear but I unloaded the filament, reloaded and preheated it again & a string of filament came out like normal.  I then restarted the print and the nozzle went down to about 3” from then top of the bed & stopped at the same point, displaying the same msg?

How do I go about trouble shooting this or does someone know what is causing it?  Thx!

Thx. So I was able to now get the calibration wizard to start.  It got to the point where it said to put a sheet of paper on the bed then shortly have the nozzle started to descend it stopped withe the msg: calibration failed. Check the axis and run again.

not sure what to do next? I tried re running the wizard and got to the same point and it stopped.

Could be a one of the "trapezoidal" nuts is binding on the z axis lead screw.  Try slightly loosening the M3x18 bolts that secure the nut(s) to the x-ends.

Well I ended up trying to do a z cal and it worked. I then did a live z cal to get the first layer height corrrct and it then ran a print like normal . However about 3.5 hrs into a 4.5 hr print I get a “thermal anomaly msg and this constant beeping but the print continued to completion? I’ll start a new topic about this
