Bed level is way off!

I have been having issues printing my first layers and time and time again I always have issues, so I decided to hook my printerup up to pronterface, and this is what I got... any suggestions?

1) Recheck frame squareness per the build manual.
2) Check that the rails are fully seated in the rod supports.
3) Verify the X-Axis is hitting both top stops at the same time.
4) Check the Y-Axis bearings are properly seated and U-bolts are properly tensioned.

And, 0.4mm bed flatness range isn't abnormal. People have done all sorts of things to get better, usually by making the bed screws adjustable. But when the bed warms up, it changes. So if you go that route, calibrate for the temps you plan to use.

Re: Bed level is way off!

By the way, since you have only one corner that's really low, you can try moving the rod support by loosening the two screws and making sure the supports on that low side are up as high as you can get them. There is a little play there. Back right holder affects right front bed, front right holder affects right back of bed. You might get 0.15 mm from this tweak.

What's odd is most folk complaining of bed level issues have a high right side, not a low right side. Go figure.
