Bed Heater failure

My older MK3 has a problem when I heat it up, I am getting a bed heater error. My MK3S is working great right next to it so no power issues or whatever. I am including a photo of the connection, in case that is the issue. At first I got this error a few times in the middle (which became the end I guess) of a job, but now I can't even preheat without the failure.

The likelihood is that one of the wires has broken, in the cable,

I replaced mine with 16AWG Flexible Silicone Wire which is more flexible than the original,  I also add a Nylon support filament to reduce the  point flexing of the cable and prevent it drooping!

How awesome is this. My printer from Prague is malfunctioning here in Boston, and a random person in Britain respond within minutes with the correct solution. The wire was broken INSIDE the solder! New wires and it fired right up!

In the future Joan will be able to beam directly to your house and fix your printer for you, while you prepare two cups of Tea. 🤩

For folks who might find this in the future, this is what it looked like inside the solder (i had to pick the wire bits out of the solder blob with a set of forceps):

The wire Prusa uses is better than the basic flex we use for say mains cables, because the prusa cable has more thinner conductors (21) than Mains cable (7) , but the silicone insulated flexible cable has 252 conductors in the same gauge cable (over ten times more conductors) and is therefore more resistant to bending fatigue
