Bearing Noise?

I'm really having a hard time determining the cause of the noise in the following video:

https://photos.app.goo.gl/LS8WgSfbGvG8a7qq6

I'm pretty sure it is caused by a small gap between the bearings and the rods. I have confirmed that the rods are parallel within 0.5mm. It only occurs on the Y axis, and only during a print. I cannot recreate the issue by manually moving the bed. Any suggestions? Agree that it is the bearing? Is this covered by the warranty?

RE: Bearing Noise?

Recordings can be misleading, but it sounds like ultra dry and past usable damaged bearings - when was the last time you packed them with grease?  If a drop or two of 3-in-1 oil on the rods on both sides of the bearings reduces the noise, you have an answer.

Your rods are also probably beyond repair - plan for replacing all the rods and bearings at the same time.  But clean the new bearings and pack them with SuperLube or Lithium grease before installation.

I removed the bearings and packed them with super lube a day before recording that video.

I cleaned the rods with all purpose lubricating oil. They do not show any signs of wear.

Fyi, this printer is 2 months old, with the problem occurring after about 1 month.
