Baffling MINTEMP Errors

Recently I've been getting MINTEMP errors midway through prints. At some point during the print the hotend or bed temperature drops to 0° and a MINTEMP error stops the print. As soon as I restart the printer everything seems normal. I haven't seen any temperature fluctuation by wiggling the cable and my guess is that it's a software issue because it's happening with both thermistors. I also had two prints fail at almost exactly the same spot:

I've tried updating my firmware because I had originally had similar symptoms to this issue on GitHub, but that didn't help either. My best guess is that there's an issue with PrusaSlicer since I reinstalled it a few weeks ago, when I started having problems; however, this might not be the case as I hadn't used my MK3S for quite a while before then.

I'm pretty lost at this point, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Baffling MINTEMP Errors

A Mintemp error is generally caused by a break in the thermistor circuit     this is a firmware function, I can't imagine any slicing error that could cause a Mintemp error, however if you think it is a slicer error, why not re load an older version of Prusa SLicer and try again?
