Autoload Filament Stuck in Unload/Load Loop
Hello,
For the longest time my printer wouldn't Autoload filament. Today I decided to fix that issue. I updated the firmware, and that didn't help. The Support->Sensor Info was giving me a 1 constantly like there was filament in, even if there wasn't any. So I followed the directions in the guidebook by first making sure the cables were seated correctly (they were), then I tested out the sensor itself after blowing compressed air on it to get rid of dust. It read 0 after that, but when I put it back in its place, it'd read 1. I cleaned out the small area where it sat as there were a few small hairs, still 1. I looked into the forums and found that some people had to shave the lever down just a hair because of heat expansion. That seemed to work. Seated it read 0, and when I put filament in it read 1.
But now I have another problem. It autoloads just fine now, which is great. But when I start to print it's caught in this loop of having me unload and reload the filament over and over. It's currently reading 0 like there's no filament in it, even though there is filament in it. I can't even Unload Filament because it thinks there is none after canceling the print. I have turned the printer off and back on again with no improvement.
Can someone help me with this issue?

Bump? Still need help.

In some Mk3S printers the Filament sensor is not in a suitable place to consistantly work properly,
Sometised all you need is a thin printed washer under the sensor PCB, within the extruder housing
