Autoload filament not working?

I've had my i3 mk3 for a couple of months now, and I've been super happy with it. But today, after spending the last couple of days on a bunch of large prints, the filament sensor seems not to be working. It doesn't detect when I insert the filament, and won't autoload.

I opened the idler, and there isn't any blockage. I confirmed that the filament is going all the way into the PTFE tube when I insert it.

I've had my printer inside a LACK enclosure for the last couple of months. Is it possible that full-time printing for two or three days has overheated something? Maybe it's just tired, and needs a nap?

What else should I try?

Tried rebooting, auto-load filament is still not working. I wonder if it will detect when filament breaks or runs out?

Re: Autoload filament not working?

Well, I Got in touch with tech support, and they walked me through step-by-step removing the sensor and checking it. Turns out the mirror was just dusty! I wiped it off, and the sensor works again. Problem solved!

THANKS, PRUSA TECH SUPPORT, YOU ROCK!
