After replacing Revo6 nozzle, i3MK3S+ keeps asking me to unload and reload filament

Hi, I replaced the Revo6 nozzle due to a very bad clog. After that, regardless of what I print, the printer often stops and asks me to unload and reload filament. Never had this problem before. What is wrong?

Do you mean the small red circuit next to the entry hole for the filament, on the top of the extruder? I opened the small cover and removed the screw to check. It was clean, no filament.

Same problem just happened. After printing maybe 1-3 layers, the printer asked me to unload and reload filament. Then, it went to the middle of the build plate to continue the print. This time, it just dipped to the print and immediately asked me to unload filament again.

What could be other reasons?

Well either faulty sensor or if you take extruder apart and rebuild it and ensure the leever is working properly

Before you dismantle the extruder, make sure the filament sensor works as designed. Shut sensor off - if the problem is gone, the sensor is the cause. In that case, try to slightly release the screw of the filament sensor cover on top of the extruder, stick a piece of filament in and check in the display whether the (re-activated sensor) is reacting correctly, displaying 0 and 1, when not loaded and loaded.

I try to give answers to the best of my ability, but I am not a 3D printing pro by any means, and anything you do you do at your own risk. BTW: I have no food for…

What kind of nozzle did you replace it with?
