3.3.1 hot end stability

I flashed to 3.3.1 yesterday and now all the sudden my hot end jumps quite a bit in temp... I looked through the release notes and didn't see anything that talked about changes to the logic that controls that, but I wasn't sure. Anyone else seeing similar issues?

thats pretty odd looking, i'd do a pid tune with the fan ON
