Z print bulges anarchy

Hello everybody,

I'm using Prusa I3 MK3S+ for more than one year in my office and I recently met a very strange behavior.

I'm using a PLA STRONG from RS and I needed to print a part with only some elements with a high (50%) infill for rigidity.

So I tried for the first time the function to split printing parameters depending on Z using the zones. So the lower part use 50% infill while the rest is at 15%.

After the 50% infill ended, I noticed a bulge and didn't worried much. But after some more layers, bulges started to appear more and more often. Until it was completely a mess so I stopped the print. I joined a photo here:

I tried again to print this part and reduced the flux to 92% after the 50% infill zone.

I still have some strange bulges but the rest of the part seem to print well:

I would like to know if there is a way to avoid this kind of problem.
