Y Axis Will Not Move
My printer started to move where it was printing half-way through the print. I thought it might need to be lubed, but it didn't seem to work. I also tried tightening the belt, but now the axis won't even move. Does anyone any ideas as to what it could be?

Is this a new build or a long time working machine that has just failed?

It's a newer build. It was working fine until I tried leveling the bed with nyloc nuts

What other mods have you made?
Why did you need the nylocs?
