Check your grub screws on the motor pully. If it’s loose they pully can move on the shaft which will give issues like that.

Thank you neophyl that seemed to have fixed the problem.  I also noticed the right side U bracket holding the bearing under the heat bed was also a little loose and tightened it as well.

Be careful with those U Bolts, also known as the Bolts of Death.

Tighten them a bit too tight and they crush the bearing, resulting in binding and calibration failures.

Just snug is enough.

Thingiverse has some bearing mounts that do a better job.
