Y-Axis Shift (and then back again!) during print
2 times this has happened, see the photo which describes it better than words. Does anyone have any troubleshooting advice?
ASA Prusament Material with Prusa-standard temps, printing in an enclosure 35-36C, 20% RH. MK3S with 6 days printing time.
TIA!
RE: Y-Axis Shift (and then back again!) during print
Looks like a loose grub screw on the motor belt pulley. Alternative it could be the belt skipping a tooth and back again.
Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉

RE: Y-Axis Shift (and then back again!) during print
Thank you for the replies, I've re-installed the Y-axis pulley and refit the grub screws. Hopefully that was it, it seems intuitively consistent with a shift-then-return behavior. (belt is clean and tensioned properly, no visible wire issues, etc...)
Thanks again!
