Will the quality of prints affected if pausing the print job and resume back few hours later?

Hi, I don't want to leave my i3MK3 unattended while printing long jobs. If I pause it before leaving home or going to bed and then resume the job few hours later, will the quality of the print be affected? I suppose I should not even move a tiny bit of the printer as there would be misalignment? How about difference in temperature before the pause and after the resume?

If you pull the plug, power resume might work. I did this a few times. The danger is that the print bed will cool off and the print pop loose, ruining the print. It's risky.

I've tried intentionally pausing and then resuming prints for various reasons and I've found that it usually works if the print is paused when doing something noncritical and nonvisible, as in infill or an inside section that will not be seen.

I've found that when it's resumed, it will reliably return to the last X-Y-Z coordinate, but there is often some latency as to when the filament flow returns to what it was.

I mostly do this when at the end of a spool and want to control when the change occurs rather than waiting for the actual run-out.
