Why since firmware update are prints rubbish

Updated the firmware to latest and slicer to 2.0 (which will only work on my laptop not my pc) I've had nothing but problems with software and print quality since.

Can anybody explain why this is happening? It's the same stl file same gcode and I've printed it maybe 20 times without issue, the print comes out fine, but not anymore, see the pictures for comparison. What's causing this difference?

Is there settings I need to change so it will print like it did before?

RE: Why since firmware update are prints rubbish

Once in a while when flashing firmware, especially if something in the chain failed during the flash and you had to reflash a few times, you also corrupt data in EEPROM and must reset and clear all memory; and then recalibrate the printer.

With a MK3/S use this procedure and you MUST select ALL DATA or you'll be right back to where you are now: corrupt EEPROM data.
