Why filament lines are of different thickness at bottom layer?
Hi, I did first layer calibration using the large square posted on the forum. The nozzle was low but it did not cause the scratches on the surface. However, after printing, I noticed that the bottom surface has several issues: 1. Extruded diagonal filament lines are of different thickness. Some were very thin. Maybe more than half the thickness of the others. 2. In some extruded diagonal lines, the ends are OK but in the middle, they were thin. For example, printing a rectangle. The ends of the filament lines looked normal but in the middle, it looks like an additional diagonal line were in the middle. What could have caused this problem and how to prevent this from happening again?
Your first layer Z calibration *might* be too low, but without a picture that is little more than a guess.
Cheerio,

If you aren't already, use 7x7 bed mesh leveling which you can set from the LCD screen.

I have done that already
