Which instruction to follow to build the printer?
Hi, I have received the printer. It came with Assembly Instructions and 3D Printing Handbook. Both booklets also ask users to refer to the latest pdf download. Which document should I follow to build the printer? I think I also heard that there is a video? Which is the best one to follow? Thanks

I recommend following the online (not PDF) instructions at https://manual.prusa3d.com/ These are not only easier to follow (with enlargeable pictures), but the comments on each step are often very helpful, with tips not mentioned in the instructions themselves.

Thanks. Is it recommended to use a torque wrench during the entire assembly of the printer? Some users reported that setting the wrench to a value of 4.5Nm (suggested in the manual) actually damaged the screw heads. Also, is there a video on the "screw pulling" technique mentioned in Chapter 1?

I tried a torque screwdriver on the larger frame screws and was very uncomfortable with the spec and the results (~5NM). Screw heads were deforming, so I backed off and did them by feel. Left the torque tool on the bench after that. I figured Chinese stainless was adding to the uncertainty.

I did not use a torque wrench. The screw pulling technique is extremely simple - I'd think a video would be overkill. Though Prusa doesn't suggest it, I have seen elsewhere the suggestion of putting a washer over the screw before inserting into the part to avoid the screw head digging into the plastic. I didn't do that and had no issues, but it is a good idea.
