I mention it before I will put my Printer if the get delivered someday into a Server Rack who is just a spare right now.
Today I should receive an Shelf but on which space to the top should I mount it?

with the MMU2 what hight I should count? I would put the spooles behind the printer since i have enough space.

If you read the page I linked to you will see the listed size needed for all the printer types as well as the extra needed for the MMU on the MK3 units. I assume you can perform basic math. If not then I recommend you not purchase a 3d printer as the ability to add numbers is pretty handy to work out many settings and tasks related to printing.
