What is the best time to remove a print from the heatbed?
I've sometimes been letting my PETG prints cool to ambient, and maybe even sit for a while after that before removing them. Some of them are really very hard to remove. Should I be removing them sooner, when the Prusa flexible bed is still warm/hot?

It's not advised to remove the part if the bed is still "hot". You can damage the PEI sheet. From my experience 20-30C is a pretty good temp range to remove it.

I've tried it both ways now, and as far as PETG goes, removing it from the bed while the bed is still fairly hot works. Waiting for the bed to cool to ambient is much, much tougher.

After initial cleaning with Windex spray and the application of school glue to the print area, I have never had a problem with print removal. This is after bed cooling and removal of sheet. Any sticking can be helped with a bit more Windex spray. This works for me..... 😀

After the print finishes.
Do not try to remove the print while it's still printing. It will not give good results like you may think. Generally it causes an incomplete part.
After the build plate cools down is the proper answer.

By "school glue," do you mean the glue stick that came with the kit?

If you are impatient (like me!) and have a concrete or tile floor, just put the print bed on the floor for a couple of minutes. A concrete slab is one heck of a heat sink!
