Thermal Runaway, after about 5 minutes of printing
This problem just started. After about 5 minutes of printing the print stops with the error of Thermal Runaway. I did a re-start and removed the 100mm by 150mm first layer piece, only two layers were put down, and started it again. The print seemed to work fine until about the same time and amount of first layer and had a Thermal Runaway again. I was right there and the temperature seemed to be just fine. The bed was 65 and the head was 235 and both were on the way down from that temperature. Any idea what is going on?

I just printed a small part and it printed just fine.
I agree with @karl-herbert. That reads like an intermittent thermistor problem. Either a loose connector or a damaged wire.

It didn't seem like a mechanical because I was able to print other parts so here is what I did at a friend's recommendation.
In the slicer, I un-checked Keep Fan Always On and changed Fan Speed Minimum from 100% to 10%. That seemed to work. So was it getting too cool and the heater was not able to keep up? Not sure but it is printing fine now. I will report back if I have any more trouble.

Thermal runaway error is a situation in which the thermal printer can't maintain the right temperature and may heat up to an extreme level.

… caused by an apparent fall of in measured temperature !
The error is triggered if the the temperature does not match the expected temperature.

Correct me if I am wrong, but cooling at 100% shouldn't trigger thermal runaway protection, should it? I have never seen something like that with my Mk3s at least.
Are you using the stock fan shroud design?
Having to scale back min fan speed to 10% severely limits performance with printing PLA for example and is certainly not optimal.
