Grrr!
I noticed some little brown flecks on my most recent polycarbonate print. Then I checked the last few prints, and sure enough they're there too. Looks like one side of my textured sheet is a goner. The PC prints were releasing from the sheet really easily too. I'd not have suspected what was happening until the visual inspection. I've been using windex as a release agent.
My sticker sheet held up against the polycarbonate better. I suppose all PC parts are going back on the sticker sheet.

I’m getting exactly the same here.
My textured sheet is starting to fail after only a couple of months use, and I only ever use PETG.

When referring to individual textured sheets, can you post the batch number in the top right corner please, this way we may be able to see if it is limited to one batch or a bigger problem. I know it doesn't help you with your problem, but if it is limited to just one batch, then PRUSA may be more likely to investigate and replace.

I am seeing some discoloration (dark spots) of a just couple-week-old Prusa textured sheet, it says BH-15 in the upper right. I have not noticed anything coming off on my prints yet.

Mine has dark spots as well, batch WA-15. I noticed them immediately on getting the sheet but did not pay them any attention.

Mine is BH-15 but I have not had a chance to use it yet, just the first layer test prints.
I just updated my Windows PC to the latest version (1903) yesterday, it has took me ALL day to get a stable working machine back, kept crashing for no apparent reason, narrowed it down to drivers after removing some items which were no longer compatible, and eventually traced it down to the network driver. So far it has been a few hours and it hasn't crashed. Here's hoping....

You're lucky. My issue was video driver. It's really tough to troubleshoot driver issues if you can barely read the screen... Though, I did have an obvious symptom of what the problem was...

I recently bought a new PC sheet to supplement the original I got in July of last year. It is a BH-15, and so far it acts like my original which is a WA-11. The prints release on their own as the sheet cools off like others noted, no flexing needed.
There was some concern as the recent blog post did not mention anything other than IPA to wipe it off, but I have been using it with Windex for PETG prints because I was concerned about too much adhesion and ripping off the PEI... Windex has been working for me so far.
I wonder if there was something that caused a change to not recommending Windex for PETG prints like they used too... If I recall correctly, they did used to recommend Windex for PETG and I was too scared to try just IPA.
The WA-11 has had some darker spots on one side from the beginning, but it was way on the rear of the sheet. It has not seemed to affect adhesion that I can tell and is still rocking along.

I've always read windex as being for the smooth sheet since the adhesive is weaker than the PETG/PEI bond. But everything I read on the textured sheet noted it was not necessary (presumably because the PEI is bonded directly to the steel, there's no adhesive to let go and rip your sheet)
For those just posting random batch numbers with no context... it's not really informative unless you have an issue. The intent was to track whether any issues folks had were related to a given batch, not just see what batch numbers were out there.

I used windex on all of my polycarbonate prints, but I had switched to not using it on PETG prints on the textured sheet, as the PETG prints seemed to pop right off almost a little too easily.
When I was doing PETG with it, I was really impressed with the textured sheet. It seemed to offer the best of all worlds -- good sticking, easy release, and decent durability. Now I'm not so sure. Once I go back to PETG again on the remaining good side of the sheet, I'll keep a close eye on the durability.
@vintagepc Maybe creating a post that tracked the batch numbers and people can ask it to be updated with their info would be a useful way to approach the tracking issue. List the username, batch id, and issue. When people see that example they'll know what to reply with.

I just got the textured sheet a couple of weeks ago. It's great for PET, but the original plate works better for PLA. I also notice a lot more warping on prints using the textured sheets, but overall I'm pretty happy with it. I really like how the texture transfers to the print, it adds a little pizzazz!

Huh. You are correct VintagePC. The current info (Manual version 3.11) does indicate that Windex is only necessary for the smooth PEI sheet and it does not say anything regarding using Windex for the PC sheet. Interesting.
The older versions of the manual 3.03 and 3.04 did not make the distinction between PC and smooth PEI with regard to Windex, so that was what I have always used for PETG prints being afraid to ruin my (at the time) very rare PC sheet that came with the printer...
I can confirm that Windex does work well without issue for both the older and the newer PC sheets for PETG prints and causes the prints to just self-release off the plate when it cools down to approx 50C (like was said above by another poster) with no adhesion issues while printing as long as the sheet is clean. I do notice when printing PLA on the PC sheet with IPA it does not release as easily, hence my apprehension with trying PETG with and IPA wipe.
Can anyone confirm that they use only IPA with a PC sheet for PETG prints without issue? Do PETG prints with an IPA wipe self release if the sheet cools down?

Windex has not touched my PC sheet and I've printed an entire skelestruder on it in PETG sans issue. Pops right off when cool.
No issues with PLA either.

I've only ever used IPA 99.9% and a piece of kitchen towel.
I decant some into a small spray bottle, spray the textured surface and wipe, although I found using PLA left a thin coating on the surface which caused adhesion issues for subsequent PETG prints.
Nowadays I only use the textured PEI for PETG as it works best with this and have never had to wash it or use acetone which incidentally PRUSA now state to NEVER USE.

Thank you. Yeah, I never use Acetone as well.
I am going to switch to IPA for all, since that reduces the number of solvents I have to use.
