Ordered an assembled printer with smooth pei sheet June 12th 2018. On June 27th 2018 I emailed support asking that if it wouldn't delay my shipment, I would like to change to powder coated (the shipping table showed them shipping the same week at the time). They updated me to powder coated sheet.

As of today, no shipment.

I would contact support. I ordered a powder coated assembled printer one month after your order and mine is on the way.

They have never shipped the same week with powder coated sheet and not the assembled ones. I believe we are at the lowest shipping time for both kits and assembled printers with powder coated PEI spring sheets since the release last year.
But something is clearly wrong with your order because you should have had it some weeks ago.

Have you contacted support?
They will probably send it right away. . .

But something is clearly wrong with your order because you should have had it some weeks ago.

In the shipping table, it had previously showed the smooth PEI and textured powder coated pre-assembled as shipping same week for my order date.

I reached out to support last week, they said it will ship within 1-2 weeks most likely.

Powder coated kit is listed as a 5-6 week delivery and 6-7 for Powder coated assembled. Mine took a little over 7 weeks for a powder coated assembled. .

I ordered a assembled smooth PEI back at the end of May, still no shipping date. I contacted support via chat who said 'we are waiting for the powder coated sheets - i said i had ordered smooth PEI so not a reason and he said oh yes i just noticed that it will be dispatched this week. That was last week.
I because of his seemingly 'blanket' statement about waiting for powder coated sheets i have no faith that he actually looked at the order. According to their 'shipping table' sheet my order should have shipped long ago. Its a shame because its kind of spoiling the experience a little for me now, the anticipation of it coming is great but i am now feeling it may never come....

Contact support again and follow it up with an email. I had a similar experience with another company. I bugged them till it shipped.

Thanks so it's not just me. If I recall when I ordered the projected time for a PEI assembled was mid to end of July so I guess yours was the same. I'm going away on holiday is a week's time for 2 weeks so hopefully it will have shipped by the time I am back, if not, to be honest at that stage I may start considering other options.
The annoying thing is, all over you tube etc they seem to have flung review units out the door and the people paying towards £1000 end up waiting.
Part of what made me go with Prusa was the support and community - all well and good but doesn't help us without an actual unit who went with the 'available' print surface only to still be here 3 months + waiting for delivery with no genuine forecast.
Increasingly frustrating.

Stay away from the DHL shipping! It's 10:30 pm on delivery day and the package is still "With delivery courier" and DHL says they can deliver up to midnight. I should have paid the stupid import tax and shipped with UPS.
