It has been taking 4 working days to get through the clearing agency.
I would think the processing time is different for different countries. Which country are you in? I am in Norway.

Ordered on Feb 6 and just received my tracking number today! While I was bummed by the delays I do appreciate the shipping chart. Yes, it changed on me a few times. But I prefer some communication that I get from Prusa vs some companies I've delt with in the past that do not provide any guidance.
I'm super excited and can't wait to build and try out!! 😀

The shipping page is updated again, add another week delay.... Such a bummer, at this rate I will have my printer by Christmas I think. lol 😀
Edit: Make that 10 days. 🙁 And that is just a "From" for that is best chance lol. I wish they would just either not give dates at all, or stick to the damn dates.
Spend their money to add to the print farm, and hire more employees. Spend less money flying around the world going to events, and shows, and such, and spend it on getting printers out the door lol.

Ordered Feb 10th. Added some PETG and a spring steel PEI sheet on the 11th, canceled the sheet back when they pushed it back and canceled filament on Monday. Got a tracking number on Tuesday (4/24/18) and UPS says delivery on 4/30/18.

I ordered a MK3 kit in orange, smooth PEI sticker sheet, no extras on March 2nd. Got my shipping notification TODAY...April 25th. Expected delivery date is May 1st. Shipped via UPS.

I can tell you this much...I bitched and bitched and bitched on the chat about 50 times...to every chat rep I could get on the line. I gave them a mouthful for sure. And I have posted here on the forum multiple times about how pissed off I am about the continuous delays. Maybe that had something to do with it?

This makes no sense. If you both ordered the same config, then why in the world would they ship the unit that was ordered a month later, first?!?

Exactly.... I have no issues waiting as long as they fill the orders in sequence they are taken. Its frustrating when people appear to be getting shipping notices when they have ordered 4-6 weeks AFTER me. (according to this post and the google spreadsheet). Through "prusa chat", for the last 2 weeks in a row they have told me its shipping "next" week. I finally added a comment to my order and 2 days later a got an email saying its shipping "this" week, but now that its Wednesday evening in Czech Republic, I wonder.

Not really, because LOTS of people who ordered before me are still waiting...even though it says "Already Shipped" for their week in the shipping table. And my week 9 order should be shipping in the next week or two according to the shipping table...but it's already shipped. They just don't have their shit together at PR. It's a clusterfuck over there for sure. I bet its a stressful environment to work in.
