I ordered on 16/02 too, however, I contacted support yesterday and he said mine will be shipped next week. Even though I was told twice this week mine will be shipped by the end of Friday.
Was also told today that it will go out next week.

Jan 16th. It would still be sitting in Prague if I didn't tell them to forget about the autograph and give me orange instead of black parts.

Just FYI...I chatted with Jakub a few minutes ago. I wanted to get some answers about my order and why there are people who ordered AFTER me, but are getting their kits BEFORE me. We shall be with beginning of March oders within 2 weeks.
Also we were switching to new shipping system.

That was most unfortunate and happened on one day only due to that system switch.
We have to follow the shipping row really I am afraid. This was not intentional and we cannot offer any skips like that, this was already a problem enough.

Yes this pissed me off to, alot actually.
But mine(ordered jan21) has now supposedly shipped on monday even though there has been no further tracking since monday so now i suspect they have not even shipped it at all. Del date was supposed to be today if i dont see it when i get home ill be bugging support as well. It is total and complete BS that people that have waited 3 months or more are getting there printers after people who ordered in the past few weeks.

i am waiting from 19.01.2018. have spoken 3 times over chat. even i changed color to orange. they said that they will send it yesterday . still no info...

When mine was shipped it went into a black hole for four days and I'm told that's been standard. Next thing is the arrival scan in Germany, then it went from there.

Week 6 order with 1x prusa PETG here. Support didn't give me much but when pushed said "around the 16th I can see". So hopefully Monday? But I can see lots of people on the sheet who got notices before me ;(

It seems that Prusa does not deliver printer orders with filament that are out of stock. (according to the spreadsheat)
I think they have them delaying the time to receive the filaments.
They would not have put them aside when ordering.
This could save them extra shipping costs.
I have three filaments with my printer order of February 20th. I feel like I'm going to take a third delivery report too.
it all begins to turn into a bitter experience... 🙁 😥

I have like 8 filaments with my order, I hope that doesn't make for more delays. I have checked that they are all in stock on the shop though.

Where can you open a live chat with Prusa reps please guys? I've looked around the main website but only seem to be able to send a message via the order webpage, which results in slow and generally unsatisfactory responses.
