Have you checked the tracking number with UPS ?
I never had any other email updates after the label created one.

Maybe it's an EU vs rest of world thing then ? Mine got shipped today on the Express Saver service and is showing for delivery tomorrow to the UK 🙂
And arrived just now.

Yup, same here. I was really hoping that the printer would get shipped this week and then it would be up to UPS to get it to Finland between christmas and new year.
Currently it looks like the ones with the tracking labels are not going to get shipped out this week at all.
EDIT: At least the UPS tracking page shows that package has been collected an hour later! Perhaps, there is some hope left 🙂

Remember that most shipping companies are notoriously bad at updating tracking information in the normal run-of-the-mill time frames. Let alone during Christmas. 🙂 I've had UPS showing "tracking information generated" before, while the package is already on my doorstep during the Christmas Rush.

I’m among those in day two of “being packed” and UPS stuck on customs clearance. It’s my
hope my printer has already shipped and the tracking is running behind. I’m week 40 and got the packing and UPS tracking on the 21st.
Getting it by Christmas has never been a priority to me, but I’d love to get it while I’m on vacation between now and the New Year.
Any idea if they are continuing to ship next week or are they shutting down for a (much deserved) holiday until after the New Year?

Mine shipped 24 hours after the first update that the label was created. I got my first notice on Thursday and it was delivered Monday. Dec 18.

My order 4956 got a UPS label on the 20th and still hasn't shipped. It only says label created....hope they can get it out the door soon so I can assemble before I have to go back to work on the 2nd!

I'm in exactly the same wishful scenario: want to have time to build and test during my break before returning to work on the 3rd.
My order is a couple of hundred prior to yours and the same status. Someone at Prusa told me last night, though, that they start shipping again on the 27th... so it's not impossible we might get them in that window still. When I got the label notice, I was thrilled thinking I'd have the bulk of the holiday, but I'd be happy either way.

My printer status is still "order being packed" on the prusa site, but the UPS status pages tell that the printer is currently in Cologne, germany. According to UPS estimates, a package that was shipped on friday before 18:00 should be here on wednesday 27.12. I have only received the "created tracking label" email, but I bet I'll get the shipped mail on wednesday or so.

Yeah - I've been watching UPS since the original label alert and it's been "Your package is being processed at the clearance agency" since that time. No change since 5:01 pm on the 21st. If both Prusa and UPS haven't updated, it'll be a wonderful surprise to arrive sooner than I think... but I have my doubts. 🙁

Looks like someone sorted the thing using a filter? I'm manually sorting the whole thing and the Filter screws up the sorting, so please no Filters ♥.

According to the spreadsheet, no shipments since the 22nd. When are these hard working souls going to return from their hard earned Christmas vacation? Lol

I ordered mine on Oct 25th with the MK2.5 upgrade and another roll of filament, and delayed for the powdercoat PEI sheet, so probably won't see mine until February...
