Safe To Use Reverse Side of Trashed Steel Sheet?

Hi. I'm a noob and I printed with PETG for the first time and didn't put any glue stick down on my smooth sheet. I destroyed it trying to pry it off.

My question is: is it safe to use the other side? I'm afraid that when I flip it over and put this side down on the bed, the exposed adhesive where the coating peeled away will melt and cause a mess on the bed. Or maybe some other kind of problem? I hate to waste the sheet but I also don't want to add to my problems by doing something else stupid!

Thanks!

You can reverse it or you can add buildtak to that side to resurface it.  You could also do both.  Make sure you redo your calibration.
