PSU and power panic board suggestions for MK4

I just dealt with a failing PRPZ supply and replaced it with an LRS-350-24 and a PSU cover from Thingiverse ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2812350/ ) that is working happily so far.

A few suggestions for the MK4:

* Please use a 350W+ power supply by default. The stock PRPZ supply fails if you print PETG or other things that require high extruder+bed temps for enough time. This has been well-documented here and on Reddit. It seems pretty clear that PETG is becoming the "new" PLA for a lot of people.

* The PSU cover and assembly is really finnicky because with short wire lengths it's really hard to wrangle all the crimped terminals while holding the PSU at a weird angle so you can get a screwdriver in there to tighten them. It would be nice if the PSU cover had access to the terminals from the side via a side panel that goes in last. That way the PSU could be set in place, everything tightened, fixed to the frame, then you deal with all the terminals, and then put the final side panel cover on.

* Please connectorize the power panic board, e.g. with JST or a small screw terminals. With the power wires soldered to the PCB it's really easy to rip them off and desoldering the remains is a mess. The 24V from the power panic board should also either be slightly thicker gauge, strain relieved, or connectorized as well. It's easy to rip it off the PCB when you take apart the enclosure.

* Consider using heat-set inserts and do away with the 2 hex nuts and 4 M3 inserts. When you take it apart the heat-set inserts won't fall and roll under your fridge
