Prusa mk3 parts fan failure
Hi, I’ve had my Prusa mk3 for about 4 months now but for the last 2 months the parts fan has been messing up due to a bad spot in the wire somewhere. It appears to be a common issue and I’ve seen people happy with the customer support replacing the fans but my problem is contacting Prusa about this issue. I only found one spot to send an email to them and I did that 2 weeks ago and I never received a response.
I’ve been very happy with the performance up to the point of the fan failure but now it has been sitting for a long time and I’m getting a little annoyed. What is the best way to get this taken care of?
