Prometheus hot end in a MK 3?

https://www.facebook.com/groups/prusacommunity/permalink/890891674584899/
I found this at a yard sale markings on the box indicate that it is about 3 years old: all the parts seem to be here has anyone tried this hot end in a Prusa MK3 and if so how has it worked out? my thought was to make up an extra hot end to be swapped when the SS nozzles would be handy for things like abrasive or high temperature plastics
a search here on the keyword Prometheus generated no hits.
it says it is 12/24 volt I thought a special 24 volt heater cartridge was needed fo the MK3
are any modifications to the extruder carriage assembly needed and are set STLs available ? the difference in the contents of the kit from the standard instructions is the addition of 2 extra nozzles 0.3 and 0.6mm
anything to watch out for? if not a good fit for the MK3 I might build it for my Rostock max V2.5 delta as it seems to be lighter than an e3dv6.

Re: Prometheus hot end in a MK 3?

i imagine you'd need to rework the whole assembly to get that heatsink to fit, look how flat and wide it is.

unfortunately this might be a case of di-why?

looking at the product page for this 80$ hot end it seems like get the ability to customize melt zone length...by moving the end of the proprietary nozzle farther away from the heater and adding *hex nuts* to transfer the heat downwards. I guess you also eliminate the junction between heatbreak and nozzle.

yes its J head mount will be a simple click in replacement on the Effector plate on the delta when I rebuild it and an extensive redesign of the hotend holding part of the MK3 extruder carriage unless someone has done it and posted the stl files it is lot of work unless I want to make use of those 3 different Stainless steel nozzles it has for abrasive material.
