Is that the cable going to the thermistor or the heater cartridge? 

If it's the cable to the heater cartridge, stop using the printer immediately and disconnect the power. That is a fire hazard. 

If it's the thermistor, you may be able to get some fibreglass electrical insulation tape and repair it.

Safest thing to do is replace whichever component it is.

This is my second day with the printer and spmething like that. I not see in ins guide  to hide this morr. What a primitive part. I still dont know how fix this issue. The whole part cost 100 euro very bad for me.

If it is a brand new printer, please contact Prusa Support via the Chat when you log into the Prusa 3D shop with the account you used to purchase the printer. They may send you a new part for free.
