Problem with large print, printbed moved

So I tried printing my 63 hour print, and it failed after 35 hours.

Basically it's a cube 210x210x90 that needs to be strong and in 3 places I need to put screws so that it can be attached. I made the overall infill 20% and around the screws local 100%.

Problem is, around the solid infill it gets all cloggy and uneven, so after a while the extruder bumps into them and it gets worse. And one time it moved the magnetic bed about 10mm which resulted in a layer shift. I noticed it almost immediately and pause the print, moved it back in place and continued the print but it didn't turn out well so then I stopped it.

Any suggestions on how to solve this? Is the problem the local 100% infill?

Other settings: 0,20mm speed MK3s, Prusament PETG,

RE: Problem with large print, printbed moved

-With petg use infill honeycomb, search forum for this. Then the nozzle will hit the part less often.

-Do a tower temp test.

-Do a cube test, so you can see that if cube has the size good, so you can see if your not over extruding.

-You could try do less " extrusion multiplier" (see test above).

or do a little lower temperature.(see temp tower test).

-Also check if your extruder, is not loose, wiggle your extruder, tighten bolts.
