printer stops in middle of print
All of a sudden My printer stops after printing for awhile. It stops dead and there is no way to restart .Have to throw away print. I also notice My panel where the power cord plugs in is pretty hot . never had this problem before. What could be wrong./

Hello Gary,
Based on your description it can be everything. It sounds like: my car stopped suddenly, what's wrong with it? Not really much information for a technician to work with :). I would suggest you contact Live Support and they will guide you through the regular error search procedure.
Otherwise please provide more detailed description of the current issue. Does the printer boot up again? Are you able to print again? Self-test results? Error messages?

When It did It .I tried to print again and It loaded from the sd card and Stsrted printing a different object but after 20 minutes it just stoped again.There are no error messages shown.I checked all wires in rambo13 and none were unplugged or loose . The live chat helper Albert Gonzals said I should .try to go back an upgrade and see if it still does it. I tried to go back and when I try to install the download I get the error message "Delete file code 5 axsess is denied" Now when I try to load from sd card nothing will load. I guess I go back to Livechat ..But thanks for coming back

The first thing i would do is to replace the SD card.

I'd recommend you perform a FACTORY RESET with the DATA CLEAR option. Sounds like you have corrupt EEPROM data, and the reset with data clear (very important you select this option when resetting).

I have tried everything Suggested on live chat and nothing has worked . .I had power to led but now that's not lite up either.When I check with meter there is power at all points where it should be. Fuses all check out , When I went to settings and tried if they were active the X ,Y ,Z worked fine but when I went to Temp. It worked but when it reached it set point 65 ,that's when the led went out too. Is there supposed to be a red lite in Rambo box ? also I have looked in all My books and can't find how to do factory reset.

I have found the problem . One of the wires In the nozzle Thermister was broken But the outer cover was intac and most of the time it made contac but when it didn't the nozzle got to hot I guess or maybe to cold and stopped the print. splced wire and work fine so far .
