That really sucks. I'm sorry you are dealing with that. After all that waiting too. I would be SUPER pissed off.

Post contains too less info to be useful. Also this is a thing for the support chat.
Take some pictures and explain, they are usually very helpful with this.
btw, do they still make the 'PRUSA logo' testprints on the pre-assembled machines' heatbed? Then these worked before shipping.

yes mine came with the 2 color prusa logo test, and Live Z showcase around the bed and logo test.

Well the tone might not be optimal but the support did not let you down. Your printer arrived damaged. You will get a new one.
And relax - you will not wait two more months:-)

I know how you feel, my printer arrived broken too (the heatbed cable input was bent out of shape - and the casing broken), support weren't very helpful at all . . . . but saying that I hope you do get yours sorted out.

This thing arrived with no damage to the box, but the entire left side has all of the drive mounts smashed, like maybe someone sat on the box or something.. So far Support has been good, and they say that they will crosship the replacement..I didn't take it out of the box until after I was on chat with support (David). Pieces of printed structure everywhere.. But I had some sort of an issue with all of the assembled printers I bought including an Ultimaker 3 (The bed was way wonky after shipping, wouldn't level) and a Form 2 ( bite valve issues) so it's a common thing I guess.
Was looking forward to loading this guy up, and - admittedly- concerned about delays on a replacement..

It's not common for the shipping company to destroy the contents of a package, it's BAD BUSINESS and lazy employees!

Bet my bottom dollar whoever shipped this to him tossed it around on purpose, that damage seems too extensive for simply a "bumpy ride"
I would definitely tell Prusa, and contact your shipping carrier to report this.

It's not common for the shipping company to destroy the contents of a package, it's BAD BUSINESS and lazy employees!
With my printer the damaged was done by Prusa, they simply didn't secure the heat bed - also when I was reading through the set-up procedure it indicated (I forget where exactly) that besides the foam panels surrounding the printer, there were also foam panels or blocks within the printer to help protect it (and I was to remove these), but my printer had none, no foam blocks anywhere to be found, just the two very big foam panels below and above the printer . . . this, along with the pretty much pointless zip ties that were meant to hold down the heat bed (they were so loose you could flick them along the rails with a light touch) meant the heat bed spent its journey from the Czech Republic to the UK rolling back and forth, eventually bending and breaking the heat bed cable connection.

Sad to say that my printer just arrived broken too. Looks similar to the pictures in this thread. Supports for the bars on the left are broken at the top and bottom. Also, the motor that the belt attaches to under the bed is broken off. Test print is on the bed and looks good.
Pretty disappointed. This is my first printer. Feels like Christmas morning was ruined. Been waiting for months...sigh.
I did the live chat, and called UPS. Anxious to hear from Prusa tomorrow. Hopefully they send a replacement soon and i dont have to wait super long before I can finally print.
