Petg problem Mk3s vs Mk3

Hello guys, I have bought a Mk3s from a friend of mine and have a huge PETG problem with it. I use the same profile for my Mk3 and Mk3s and the Mk3s is producing only strings, do you have tips for getting it done right? The filament is old and wet, but its no problem for the Mk3, I tried retraction length, z-hopping, fan speed retraction speed, etc.

Why is it working with the older Mk3?

I think the bigger question is why you're not having problems with saturated PETG on the older Mk3! PETG is notorious for making a mess unless dry. Are you using the same slicer presets for both? And is there some reason you don't want to dry the PETG out? Print quality and strength is usually much better with dry filament.

Dry

I suggest you dry it out unless your goal is extrusion issues and stringing.
