PETG and TPU, sticky?
i just ran some test to see if they 2 will attache to each other they kinda do compared to other material, but i can still given enough force separate the 2 material, is that normal or did i get the wrong material, i am using priline tpu and hatchbox petg?
or what is your experience like when getting the 2 to stick to each other?

RE: PETG and TPU, sticky?
We designed a smartphone cover with TPU seals (Sainsmart) and PETG for the hard parts (some cheap one, idk anymore).

It sticks quite well using 260 °C. In addition to that I made a geometrical lock design - even if it would have become loose, you could not pull it out because the seals are locked in the hardcases. This is the seal:
So I suggest higher temperatures and design-change for a geometrical lock if possible.

I also do a smartphone cover that's mostly TPU but I do the last 3mm in PET. It's been very durable so far. I've found the TPU you choose matters. 98A Flilamentum prints really nice at 240 so it's hot enough the PET will print and then I tune to 250 as soon as the print resumes. Works a treat. What temps are you using when you see separation?
