Part Knocked Off Heat Bed, Nozzle Crash
Hi,
After a few months of consistently good prints I seem to have gotten into a phase where late in the printing stage the nozzle will crash into the part, knocking it off the heat bed (PEI). I reran x,y,z cal (wizard) and feel confident I have a good first layer. I have paused the print part way through and the part seems to have good adhesion. Any thing come to mind? Are there things about the slicer settings that can help mitigate this kind of thing?

Is filament peeling up? Any warping on the base?
The printer shouldn't be lowering as it progresses. Any warping on the base?

The base doesn't look obviously warped but I do notice some curling up along the edges being printed on. As the print progresses I think I can hear what sounds like the nozzle scratching against the part, particularly when working on the infill?

Without useful information, like a photo, any answer is going to be a SWAG.
