Order is screw up?
Just read from this forum that people who ordered on the 22nd Feb is getting their shipment, my order was on the 8th, why the hell order from later date get their shipment before the earlier order? This is nuts.

It was an issue that has been resolved in their system. Only a handful orders were "privileged" in that way

Not if a 22nd feb orders are being shipped its not resolved. The error was for some April ordered machines shipping within a day or two of being ordered.
My order is still waiting as well, week 7 order. (18th Prusa time, 19th my time)

Yea, I have just given up on asking why. Dont even both with chat because theres so way cust support actually knows what the heck the shipping dept is doing.
Im a 2/21 order orange kit no extras shipping "should be" this week based on latest numbers...

4/21 order ? do you mean 2/21 ? 4/21 hasn't occured yet.
Mine is a black mk3 kit no extras 2/18 order "should" have been shipped already or about to based on the shipping table. (Based on shipping dates when i ordered should have had it shipped 3 weeks ago and that was a 6 week wait)
No extra's on mine to stay under the import tax in Australia, as adding anything would have added $100 GST and $50 clearance charges + 10% of any extras cost in GST to the order.

you think thats bad my order is from jan and i still haven't received it.
I Have received two e-mails from UPS now with two different tracking numbers though.
who knows maybe ill get two mk3's eventually.

I ordered a MK3 Orange Kit, on 2/2/18 (week 5), still waiting with no real explanation from Chat Customer Support of why the shipping info sheet says "all week 5 orders have been shipped". Signed FustratedRick

Still waiting since october for a mk2.5 and mmu upgrade..

I have an order from the 22 Jan that hasn't even been sent yet. The latest message was "I have no idea why" and apparently it's being shipped next week (although they've been saying this for 3 weeks now).

Yeah. Got my shipping number today for my printer. Based on DHL's website should receive it friday if it actually gets picked up today.
Interested in the MMU v2 but with the wait that there was for the mk3 not going to order until people actually have it and can say what this version is like to actually use and order time to delivery is down to only a couple weeks.

I have received packages from Prusa by both UPS and DHL. Typically the actual printers come UPS to me- and accessories, parts, etc. come DHL
I'm assuming it is a weight vs. cost issue

Joan T, I have followed your posts from time to time and have noticed you have a significant understanding of 3D printers.
I have a major problem with my MK 3 and can get no assistance from Prusa.
Would you mind sending me a PM so I can describe my problem and get your ideas.
