Nozzle dragging I think MK3s

Hey guys I am beta testing the Bondtech BMG-M for the MK3S.  I am having some issues never had in the past and wanted to see if anyone had ideas.

I have the Mosquito with Slice Thermistor and Heater cartridge.  I updated 3.7.2 firmware with temp table etc and that all works.

I changed the following in EPROM:

M350 E16
M907 E600
M92 E415
M500

When printing in PLA or PETG the first layer is like butter.  Best ever seem.  However after first layer all goes bad.  To me looks like nozzle is dragging each layer after and gets worst until completely fails.  I have tried couple brands of filament and used Prusament PLA/PETG and Generic PLA/PETG profiles in Prusaslicer 2.x and get the same.

As a beta tester, shouldn't you be getting support from Bondtech or whoever so they can track your progress and gain the valuable feedback like this that beta-testing provides?

I emailed them but closed right now.  Hard with time diff.  Anyways I just thought might ask here since others are testing and or might have some insight.

Microstep and estep values look correct.

Perhaps they didn't take effect.

Do a power down/up to force the values in EEPROM to be implemented.

Send M503 and verify that your e-step and microsteps commands actually took effect

Thanks. I did double check and valves are stored.

Finally got to your full resolution images (had to edit the image addresses to see them)

It looks like underextrusion. So, number one suspect is the current setting

Usual e-motor running current is 30

Your M907 E600 is specifying 600

I looked in the firmware for tmc2130_set_current_r. There isn't any scaling that takes place. God knows what feeding in a value of 600 does.

I would try M907 E30

or

a full factory reset with delete and redo the commands omitting the M907.

M907 sets current in mA. (Skelestruder pancake uses M907 E400)
