Newbie to Prusament PETG Question with Pic?
I am using the default .2 mm Quality setting in Prusa Slicer with default settings and Prusament PETG.
What settings do I have to tweek to eliminate the bumpyness in the first layer?

Your Live Z setting is way too low, causing the already-extruded plastic to be pushed around and form humps.
Even with a good setting, you'll see some of that sort of look, but it won't be so much as to interfere with the layers above.

Ok I will adjust higher. When I had it up higher I was having trouble with bed adhesion even after cleaning with alcohol.

To help with adhesion, a good wash with hot water and disk soap will help. Be sure to dry afterward to avoid rust and only touch the edges of the build plate.
