My PETG print left a mark on my powder coated sheet. Is it normal?
Hi
Yesterday I printed a bunch of small parts with black PETG, on my Mk3s + mmu2s setup.
First of all, I notice any brand of PETG or flexible will rip the printed lettering on the powdered sheet right off. That's fine as I don't expect those print to last. What I am having with is the PETG parts stick on to the powder very well, when I try to remove after the sheet has been cool, a few parts left a light imprint on the sheet. The nozzle isn't scraping the bed there, and I printed at 220C not particular hot either.
My concern is whether printing PETG on the powder-coated PEI sheet require special preparation? Is my sheet permanently damage?
Thanks

It is hard to see what exactly you are referring to. Try providing a clearer picture (ideally with an arrow pointing towards the imprint) and cunsult with prusa via live chat.

If your Z is too low, the filament is smeared into the sheet and will be difficult (impossible) to remove.
Typically printing another part on top of the smear will remove it.
There is no writing inside the print area - so what do you find being removed?
Printing with PETG at the correct height leaves no marks... PLA is worse for smearing.
