Move Extruder For Packaging

Hi,

   I want to repackage my printer in the original styrofoam and box.

HOW..... can I move the extruder into place - specifically the Z axis or "up and down" - to put the original styrofoam in place?  I can't find anything in the menu.

(I fully realize that I can manually, by hand move the extruder along the x-axis); but how to move it up /down?
