MK3S+ Bondtek gears TOO tight cause MMU2S errors.

This may be known to others but it was not to me and I could not find info about it so I am sharing my discovery just in case it might help someone in the community.

I used to have no end of problems with my MMU2S and printing issues until I made the following discovery.  If the bondtek gears at the extruded are TOO tight filament will not enter the bondtek gear and the sensor will not trigger.  This in turn will make the MMU2S retry loading filament several time and eventually an io/xxxx will be reported.  In my case my solution was to reduce the bondtek gear pressure by backing out the screw.  The amount of pressure I ended up with is subjective and may vary from printer to printer.  In my case I backed out the screw until I was able to push the filament between the gears with moderate pressure (this is done manually) where the gears will spread apart and grab the filament. The amount of pressure should be enough where the gears will turn when pushing or pulling the filament and a small groove (just visible) will be left on the filament.  Once I made this change and after confirming the sensor was triggering (Support>Sernsors>Pinda 0/1 detection)  I have not had any more problems.  I have printed dozens of prints with no issues.  I am in the process or printing all the Prusa orange PETG parts for the MMU3 upgrade and so far I have 100% success loading/unloading filament, etc.  Hopefully this will help someone in the community.  To quote Joe, “Happy Printing”.
