My experience with my mk3 + Orange PETG was that within about 12 hours of removing the PETG, it shipped. You *could* try removing it - they did it for a refund - but if you want it you may want to wait.
Printer got shipped a couple of hours later so I did not need to remove it at all. 🙂
That's frustrating, as I ordered my kit on 2/17 with no PETG or other accessories and I'm still waiting...

This is probably already been mentioned, but isn't it kind of funny that the shipping page has 3 weeks of printers shipping? It seems more logical that you would ship one week, finish it, and move to the next. Other than signature/filament delays there should not be any reason for late week kits to be shipped before earlier weeks.
For example, week 11 orange kits are shipping before week 8 blacks. That doesn't make ANY sense to me.

Almost 5 weeks since I placed an order for the kit with orange parts and no extras.
Any guesses how many more weeks before it ships?

This is what annoys me most... that even if the shipping table tells you the date from which your printer will ship - you have actually no idea when it really ships. Some printers ship weeks before and many printers weeks after that date.
I ordered in the very beginning of week 8 (black parts - no extras) which is in shipping for a week now - but not a clue when my printer will actually ship 😥

With update on 24th my week just got pushed from "shipping on 23th of April" to "shipping on 3th of May", seems they really have some chaos with the shipments. I will patiently wait since I was fully cognizant of shipping delays when I ordered. At least I don't need the printer as much as I did my furniture when that was a month overdue (had to sleep on the floor because no bed).

One side effect of the untrustworthy / ever-changing shipping schedule . . . I ordered a bunch of stuff today (mostly PLA and Flex/TPU), and I consciously avoided using the Prusa e-shop just in case buying these extras impacted on my order in some way (I can imagine with a backlog of orders any excuse for delaying an order would be welcomed).
I can well imagine people buying only the printer and avoiding any additional purchases after hearing how others have had to wait for months because they'd asked for an extra build plate or roll of PETG !
Anyhow, I'd say being less than honest with the shipping schedule doesn't just buy you extra time to fulfil orders, it also impacts on trust, once I get my Mk3 I'm very unlikely to be buying things like filament or spares from Prusa, luckily there are plenty of other suppliers out there who cover these things.

I order a few things from them knowing the potentially close shipping of my MK3. The stuff came separately and I am still waiting for my MK3 therefore one order does not impact the other.

I ordered mine 9-2-2018 with black parts and it is still not shipped. Begin of week 6.
It's kinda frustrating. Hopefully they will send it this week.

Maybe you can ask them to change it to orange.
I ordered my orange one on 25.02. and UPS says it will arrive today 🙂
Now I'm sitting at the window and waiting to see a brown car 😀

Ordered on Feb 26th Orange kit no additions. Shipped today Apr 26th. Already picked up by UPS. ETA 5/2. Exactly 2 months. Ahead of what is listed on the table for week 9

I ordered my black kit with no extras on Feb 21st and have received no information.
I think they prioritize EU orders before USA orders...which is why your Black kit shipped before mine. If you have a black kit shipping to the US then I have a support chat to go hit up...

I have received my tracking information.. Didn't realize the email was the tracking information... until I took a second look and it was a package from Prusa Research. I ordered it originally on March 1st. Estimated delivery is the May 3rd.
Now I just wait for its eminent arrival and hopefully I'll be off work that day so I can stare out the window till it arrives... 😀

Order from 27/02/2018r, but commented that I would like to pick it up personally because I live not so far from Prague. I was assured that when order will be ready I receive email notifications about it.
Today I noticed, that on account order status it changed suddenly from "Payment accepted" to "Ready to pick up". No notifications or anything.
I went to support chat to ask what documents I'll need to pick it up when arrive in Prague. Invoice and... Printed email notification that my order is ready 😉
After comment that sadly I don't have any mail from Prusa interlocutor sent it "manually" and this time it arrived instant.
So something can be a bit broken with their mailing system and notifications are not deliver properly.

If you look at the community-sourced order spreadsheet, there's a black kit that was ordered on 2/26 and shipped to the US on 4/26.
I ordered mine on 2/17 and it appears that there's a handful of black kits that were ordered after mine that have already shipped...

Ordered mine 18/02/2018 then added 2 rolls of PLA to my order 4 weeks later.
So 3 weeks ago I got an email from UPS saying they were going to pick it up.
3 days later UPS said order had been cancelled.
So in chat I asked what had happened they said they didn`t know but said they would prioritise my order.
3 weeks then go by, not what I would call being prioritised.
So last Friday 27/04?2018 I get another email from UPS saying they were going to deliver my order today 01/05/2018.
So UPS arrives with a small box containing 2 rolls of PLA and no printer.
Back on to chat and asked what had happened, to be told there system didn`t like the combined shipment so only sent the PLA.
So you can send the second order before the first and not notice the problem and then tell me you are going to put me on priority again.
If this happened at the company I work for heads would roll as customer service is our number one priority as a pissed of customer tends not to come back to listen to more excusses.
I hope this printer is as good as the hype and worth the money and wait.
I have a Wanhao I3 Plus which arrived in 24 hours after purchase took 20 minutes to put together and has printed nearly day for over 18 months, yes I know it`s a cheap chinese printer but my experiance has been 100% enjoyable purchasing and owning it. I would not hessitate to recomend one.
Can and would I say the same for the Prusa, not at the moment with the service so far.
Lets see how long being prioritesed takes my order to be processed this time. 🙄

MIne is still not shipped. Ordered 9/2/2018. Black parts.
There are also 2 PLA rolls in the same order. Could that be the problem then?.

I see Telling got a new one ASAP. He's got 3 MK3's on his desk as I watch right now. Maybe a little less focus on big name YT'ers and get gear out to those of us that actually paid for a printer months ago..

Why would you want to break the marketing machine? You don't sell more MK3s by fulfilling existing orders! You sell more MK3s by focusing on Youtubers...
It's kind of sad.
