Missing parts in kit??
I just got the Mk3 kit.... So excited. I sat down and started building it.... there were 2 Y axis rear plates (the longer one) and NO front plate. How do I contact Prusa for that missing plate?

Did that and they cannot send the part. I had to email info.prusa3d.com. I wonder how long I will have to wait.

Flashback...
Mine was missing the plastic Y-belt idler. It had an extra Y-belt holder instead.
Support quickly offered to ship it, and it did go out kinda quick, but UPS lost it in a snow storm.
It took them another 3 weeks to get the point that they understood that they needed to file a claim with UPS and send me a new, new replacement. Another week went by and I got the package from Prusa, another Y-belt holder!! About this time my PSU failed. (There was a huge thread of others with failing PSUs that seems to have died down...)
Finally, after another couple weeks and they FINALLY got me my idler with the new Power Supply.
Lucky for me I have a friend who had a Monoprice printer and a roll of ABS. So I only really lost that first week.
I’m sure your replacement will go better; it doesn’t snow much in June.

One day later.... no response on any shipments. this is after several emails and 2 chats. Its really sad to see all my kit spread out on my workbench with nothing to do. ;-(

You do realize that you could still be having fun by building things like the x axis assembly. The extruder assembly. Putting the einsy in it's box.... etc.
Don't let the missing part get you down. They will take care of you. Just rock some other things out in the meantime.

I thought all the future steps were predicated on the first steps.... but if not.... I will get to work on the other parts. I just wish that somebody at Prusa3d would let me know that the part is on the way.
