After upgrading from Mk3s to Mk3s+ my live Z Smooth sheet went from 0.710 to 1.133. Should I be concerned? What is yours?

No. Especially no concern if you installed the SuperPinda.

At what point does this distance become excessive?

-2.000. That is when you can’t adjust it any more. If it bothers you, lower your Pinda one click.
